Do customers need an app or an account?
No. They pick a slot on your website and confirm — that is the whole thing. Anything more and people give up and call a competitor instead.
What happens when someone books?
It lands in one dashboard, syncs to your calendar and pings your phone. The customer gets an automatic confirmation and a reminder before the appointment, so you are not chasing anybody.
Can I stop double-bookings?
That is the point of it. Availability is live, so a slot that is taken cannot be booked again. The calendar is the single source of truth and it is the same one on your phone.
Why is upkeep higher on this tier?
Because there is a booking system running behind it, not just pages. ₹3,000 in a month you ask for changes, nothing in a month you do not, and the first month after launch is free either way. What happens after launch covers how this works on every tier.
How long does it take?
